That's how it's been in our household for the past (almost) two months.
Eric has FINALLY ended his work streak having worked 40 out of the last 41 days, usually at twelve hours a day. And he finished strong, working last Thursday during the day only to return to work for 3rd shift (11PM to 4AM) and getting right back in there returning to work Friday at 10AM and working a full day. There was a surprise last play when Mari, Lydia and I stopped by his work on Saturday and got an impromptu tour of his office and work area. But of course, the best part of the whole ordeal is that
IT'S OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At least until his next big project...
For the record, he was supposed to work today (Monday) as well, but his boss Bill told him that if he tried to come in, Bill would have the guards turn him in. I should send Bill a thank-you card.
