Sick on Sunday

What do we do when we have little girls too sick to go to church but not sick enough to want to lay in bed?

We put on worship music and sing and dance!
Then we put on a sermon from Pastor John and sit and listen to it, sharing a chair and Bible.
This works well as then big sister explained everything to little sister, including quoting key verses like "Obey your parents in the Lord" (Eph 6:10).

I loved "doing church" with these sweethearts!
Oh, and if you are too little for any of that, you simply hang out on a blanket and practice holding your head up.
Thank Jesus that by Sunday afternoon we were a fever-free household, and that Lydia and I never did get sick! Yea!
