Tonight I was watching a strong thunderstorm while ruminating over the day. I was recalling a time of family worship this afternoon and a song that Eric was leading that included the words, "Died He for me, who caused His pain!
For me? who Him to death pursued?"
and I had this thought:
"It is hard to get my mind around the reality of a God that can be so terrifying and so loving all at once."
